We have recently had an influx of spammers register and spam from our network here at Hostodo, getting many of our IP ranges listed on the Spamhaus blacklist.
We have been working with our datacenter on getting these listings removed, and in the meantime, to control the situation, a limitation has been put in place blocking connections over port 25.
This limitation has been removed, and Spamhaus listings resolved. We have a strict anti-spam policy in place with a 0 tolerance policy. Any spam mailing will result in service termination. There is a limit of 15 SMTP connections in place per VM. If you need this limit raised for a legitimate reason, please contact us at [email protected]
