We will be performing a datacenter move from Quadranet in Los Angeles to FiberHub in Las Vegas. This will happen over a 6-9 hour period on May 20th, 2019. We will begin the move at 11PM PST on May 20th and expect to conclude by 8AM PST May 21st.
This migration will only affect VPS clients in our Los Angeles, CA location. Both OpenVZ and KVM nodes will be migrated.
Your IP will NOT change.
The reason for the migration is due to the various infrastructure and networking issues we've had with Quadranet over the past few months, not excluding the extremely poor performance from their CN2 connectivity which caused our upstream provider to scramble to find a new vendor. With FiberHub you can expect a greatly improved network blend and more stable services overall.
To reiterate, the migration will occur
11PM PST May 20th 2019 through 8AM PST May 21st, 2019
